Data Compresion

Hello I need a help,

I have a server backup (poweredge r420), controller per h310, lto 5-140 e netvault backup v10.0. So I would like to enable the compression data. Because I have 2 TB of data and I would to use only one tape. My tape support 1.5TB native and 3.0 TB compressed. I've discovered that if I want to enable data compression I have to do by hardware, because netvault doesn´t support.

Does anybody knows how i can configure data compression by hardware?
