md300i iscsi disk read write performance
I have several LUNs setup on the box, 2 raid 5 and 3 raid 10. The LUNs are connected via MPIO to two servers in a cluster and hold the vhds for win2008 hyper v machines.
I am getting the below stats one of the raid 10 arrays
raid 5:
What are some steps I can take to increase the read / write speeds?

The pictures did not come through but when it comes to performance issues on these kind of arrays I would suggest downloading and installing IOMeter. Beyond that I found a couple links that will help to ensure everything is configured properly with the MPIO and some IP SAN best practices.
MPIO Config guide

IP SAN Best Practices
http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/pvaul/en/ip-san-best-practices-en.pdf
The best practices guide states for the 3200I but the concepts are extremely similar as far as the dos and don't. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

That was the basic document that I followed when I set up our iscsi nas .
The speed tests are from inside the VMs on their vhds.
