How to control backup file names with DDBMA?
Hello,
I have a customer who has recently begun using DDBMA. They like the product and backups are running without issue. Their major complaint is that the files placed onto the ddboost storage unit are simply named something like:
emc-"string of characters"
They would like to be able to control the backup file names as they do with Oracle RMAN scripts.
Is there a way to change the backup filenames as the backup happens via CLI or other means?

Which backup application (including version) are you using with DDBMA?
What version of DDBMA are you using?
