Report on data age

I've been tasked with finding a way to notify our Oracle group when data they've saved to our DD reaches a certain age. They currently save to CIFS/NFS shares. I've been scouring the report items to find a metric and just can't seem to find one. Does one exist?

For example: A weekly report that identifies data created and/or modified longer than 30 days ago. Bonus points if it can identify the files, too.
