Hi Stas,
Thanks for your post.
Can you check if the account you have logged on with is part of OMEAdministrators or OMEUsers group?
Thanks
Ranveer

Hi stas,
A couple of questions:
1. Is it possible there is a pre-existing OME instance that is pointing at the same database?
2. Or are you maybe trying to install on a Domain Controller?
That might help with the next steps.

Hi There,
Thanks for the update.
Just few more questions to drill down more for better understanding:
1. Did you install OME as administrator?
2. Was this an existing IIS setup, or did you let OME install and configure IIS?
3. Have you changed your SQL authentication settings?
4. Or by any chance, did you installed OME first and then set it up as Domain Controller? Is it RODC?
Thanks

Yeah, and in addition to Ranveer's questions...
If OME was installed on a domain controller.
a. Open active directory on the domain controller
b. Find the OmeAdministrators group listed in the Users folder. (or do a search for the group)
c. Add your user to this group or the OmeUsers group.
This might help. But if you are not comfortable doing these kinds of changes, you will probably need to open a ticket at 800-945-3355 so the support team can assist.
Thanks,
Rob
