Limit Alert Frequency
We had a hard drive fail over the weekend and it sent over 500 alert e-mails. We had to log into OME and ignore all alerts coming from the server.
Is there a way to limit the number of alert e-mails OME sends?
I know you can create an "ignore duplicate alerts" action, but the maximum time to ignore a duplicate alert is 10 minutes. This still would generate an unacceptable number of e-mails.

Hi, thanks for the query.
Currently in OME, emails will be sent every time the configured rule passes on an incoming alert. There is no workaround possible with current setup for your requirement, but, we will pass on this requirement for consideration in upcoming OME releases.
