Artifacts appearing on Screen when loading Videos
The whole screen with skip left or right whenever i start a streaming video from places like youtube. I will only get the problem when i have a secondary monitor enabled. Only happens when the video is loading, after about a second of playtime the artifacts will stop.
I tried downloading the video drivers from dell support but it still hasn't fixed this.

Hi Canadianhamster,
You might want to try AMD drivers. Check the FAQ for instructions.

I did, this is what happened.

Downloading the updated drivers from the AMD support page is what initially caused the problem. Then went to the dell support page (as per the advice of the posters) to download the drivers from there. Which greatly limited the amount of artifacts to just appearing to the first few seconds into "steaming" videos, instead of just all videos.
