Bad_Pool_Caller

I have a Dell Dimension B110, lately I've been getting a Blue Screen at start up , at top it reads Bad_Pool_Caller, it says i need to go to safemode to remove or disable components, such as caching or shadowing, also to disable Bios memory options; I went to safe mode at F8, and did what it said, but no luck

some I can disable others it won't let me, what would You suggest?

                                                                 Thank You

I also use to get this message but the system went back to a restore point from earlier and it seemed to have gone, the only things i had installed were Windows Updates and a game(i think it was the game causing the problem).
