Can not get fax/modum to work in new Dell i570 desktop
Can not get fax/modum to work on a new inspiron i570 with 6GB memory 1 TB hard drive. It is a win7 home and had to upgrade it to a win7 ultimate to run virtual xp for programs I need. It shows a have a fax/ modum but can not get it to work. Service pack 3 download as been done. I need a fax/modum to allow transmission of medical charges to the vendors. Any suggestions?

Do you mean the fax/modem works fine in Win7, but can't get it to work in XP mode?
