Cannot get the XP look back after rebuilding CPU
2 year old cpu, reformatted and rebuilt. Everything came back together, but I cannot get the Windows XP display back. I have tried many options but think perhaps there is a driver problem.
The quality of the fonts are poor and there is too much whitespace on the screen.
Thoughts?

Yes, I did this. The display is still off. Quirky. Odd fonts, poor spacing on webpages, poor picture quality.
Ideas? Is the video card shot, how do I check?
