Changing my dell inspiron 580 motherboard to another brand

So I want to swap my inspiron 580 motherboard with the asrock 110m motherboard.  Will the new mother board fit?

It should fit, but the front panel wiring may (or may not be) different.

You'll also need some other parts - the Dell heatsink assembly won't fit an aftermarket board, for one.  You'll also need to purchase a new license for Windows as well, since the aftermarket board won't have the Dell BIOS and embedded license key needed to activate the OEM copy.

Nothing current will take the CPU you have - you'll need to look for used boards that were current in the same time frame as when your system was new (2010-2011 or so).  That system uses a socket 1156 CPU and board.

It's not clear why you want to replace the board.  If it has failed, the cheapest solution is another Inspiron 580 board.  Anything more current than that and you'll be essentially building a new system from scratch.
