Dell Dimension 4550 - No Video

When I start up my system, I get no video on my monitor, and there is a Orange Light for 'D' on the back of the case in the diagnostic LEDs. I followed this journal 08113XBRQ7 but was unable to get any headway. It stopped with being an unlisted issue. I tried to contact customer support, but I got about half way through and they stopped the chat randomly and left me high and dry. They had me reseat the video card and my memory. The problem still persists.

OS: Windows XP

Machine: Dimension 4550

I don't really know much else about this machine other then those facts.
