No it doesn't work that way. You have to match the board.The Inspiron 570 has an AMD motherboard and processor. The 535s has Intel processor.  Better--save the money for a new computer. It is not worth upgrading the processor on a 570.

Prior to installing the processor, check that the BIOS is version A05, or higher, when enhance CPU support, was added.
