Dell Precision 390 desktop mixed raid and non raid?

I have a Dell Precision 390 with a single disk on SATA0.

Could I add a pair of Raid 0 (stripped) drives on SATA2 and SATA3?

Why?

Well I have a pair of disks from a dead pc which I'd like to recover data from. They are configured as a Raid 0 pair.

I doubt this configuration would work, but I just thought I'd ask!
