Dell Vostro 220 "Front USB Error"

Dell Vostro 220 "Front USB Error" when I boot up on post. I have to hit F1 everytime to continue. 2 of the usbs on the front usb work. I moved around the blue and white and even switched to the green 9 tab connectors and I got as many as 3 to work. Message remains at bootup. It's not the M190H USB/Audio panel replacement as I have a new one because I thought that was the problem. How can I fix this or/and is there a way to disable the post at bootup so I dont have to hit F1?
