Dell Vostro 420 and Dell BIOS v. 1.3.0

Hi 

I have a Dell Vostro 420 (Core 2 Quad Q8300, 4GB RAM, 512 MB ATI Radeon HD card)  running Windows 7 32-bit. I am thinking of upgrading to Windows 8.1. Read on the Microsoft website that this requires PAE, NX and SSE2.

Does Dell BIOS v. 1.3.0 support these features? Is there anyway to check? BIOS v 1.3.0 does not have a security section when I get into the BIOS settings.
