Dell XPS 435T/9000 Motherboard
Hi all, got a question, hope some1 can help me out, i got an XPS 435T/9000 i7 920 2.6ghz, thing is i want to change the mother board to a new case, is that mother board compatible with another ATX standard case? thanks in advance for any help. :D

The dimensions of Studio XPS 435T/9000 chassis shipped from Dell are:
Chassis designs are OEM specific for Dell computers and you may find it difficult to locate the exact connectors(power, hard drive etc). Standard ATX can accommodate motherboard of 305×244 mm dimension. ATX has following variants:

mmm i tho it was atx standard, the link you sent me its about a 435MT model, mine its the 435T, so any ideas of what cases would be compatible?

I misread your post, hence the Studio XPS 435MT error, :emotion-10:
Have no idea which case would be compatible, but whenever I've build a desktop I prefer to use a ATX Mid Tower case, as this usually accepts both MircoATX and ATX motherboards.

haha np, ok ill try to get a new tower, compatible with micro and atx MB, thx a lot to both of you for our help, and btw shesagordie whenever i look for something on this forums there is always replays from you helping people, thx a lot, keep the good work :D.

The front panel wiring is slightly different, but the USB and audio headers are completely compatible. I have an XPS 8500 (similar layout) board in a Cooler Master N200 case.
