Dell optiplex 330 no display
I just got this computer off craigslist and it was working great until i turned it off and now when I try to boot it up, the screen is black but i can see my mouse. I have tried changing the cords but it didn't help. It has windows 8 on it and is upgraded to 4 gb of ram. Please help

I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Also, please try booting up the system in the safemode (F2 during startup) and reinstall the video card drivers. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the Video card drivers listed from Video section onto the system and install it.http://dell.to/18r60nI
