Extremely disappointed in Customer Service

Put order through online using gift cards, and somehow it got messed up and my order is currently put on hold. It says my order is on hold because Dell needs my credit card information, even though the amount on my giftcards has MORE THAN ENOUGH to cover my entire purchase.

I have been trying to chat online and call customer service the past 3 days, and have spoken with at least 10 different agents and NO ONE could help me. They either transferred me to another department, or my calls got dropped.

Now my order is still in limbo and NO ONE has been able to help me. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in Dell and I probably will never buy from Dell EVER AGAIN!
