How do I tell if the fans are working on my optiplex gx270?
I do not feel much air coming out of the back of my optiplex desktop? Is there anyway to know if the fans are working correctly?

Easiest way:
Reboot your PC and press F12 when you see the DELL logo.
Select Boot to Utility Partition
Using your arrow keys select Test System ( drivers are not loaded yet for the mouse )
Custom Test
Select Fan
Press the button Run Test

I believe the test utility is also located on the Dell Blue CD called Device Drivers and Diagnostics and utilities
