How to adjust volume (Inspiron 7459)
Greetings, I just received my new inspiron 7459. I have a PS4 connected to the HDMI IN port. How do I mute or decrease the volume when using this port? The hardware buttons on the side of the monitor only seem to adjust the screen brightness.
The keyboard commands for adjusting volume work fine when using the computer itself, but do nothing when the PS4 is being used.

Thanks for posting.
Since you just got this, does it have the Windows 10 Anniversary Update or just Windows 10?
PS4 connected to HDMI in. See the bottom of this page which shows an Xbox connected to HDMI in. It says, ""Press Button 1 to launch Dell customized volume UI".

I'm not sure if it has the anniversary update.
That link does not seem to work on my side.
I have been on with Dell tech support regarding this and there does not seem to be any way of adjusting volume from the PC side. It relies entirely on the externally connected device for volume control.

This must be for a different model. My unit has 3 buttos, but they're:
1) Brightness up
2) Brightness down
3) Switch from HDMI to PC and back
