Inspiron 3847 installed new video card and now sound doesn't work from back panel only front
Hello
I bought a new Inspiron 3847, the sound has been working since day one but yesterday I bought a video card (PNY Geforce 740) and now the sound will not work if I connect the green cable to the green slot from the back panel. The sound only works if I connect the cable to the front panel, which is fine but I rather use the back to not have the little hatch open all the time from the front.

Goto Playback Devices in the audio icon in the notifications area and see if HDMI is shown. If so, select it; if not, make sure disabled and disconnected devices are checked.
