Inspiron 660 - How Many SATA III Ports Does The Mobo Have?

I'm trying to determine how many SATA III ports there are.  From what I can tell, only Port 0 is SATA III capable.

The Intel chipset supports four SATA III ports, so I'm not sure if there's something I need to activate to get four SATA III ports.
