Internet disconnects/Mail
When I connect to dellnet a window opens asking if I want to "Surf the net" or go to "Email". If I click Email I get disconnected. If I am surfing the web and I click "Mail" "Read Mail" from the task bar I get disconnected. Is this normal? If not, what can I do to change it. It very annoying. Thanks.

Hi Catherine,
In Outlook Express, could you go to Tools | Options |Connection, and verify that under Dial-up, the box beside Hang up after sending and receiving is not checked? This might be the problem. Sometimes the box just shows up checked. If you have to make a change, do so, then click Apply, then OK.
