Lack of Customer Service, Tech Support, etc, etc

I got a Dell Studio One last year and in mid December the PC would not boot, period.

Called Dell and after a week (it was supposed to be 48 hours) I have a call setting a motherboard replacement. Motherboard was replace and now I get nothing but BOD.

Making a long story short I am supposed to get a system replaced.

Well, there are no parts to put a system together and Dell refuses to replace my system with a comparable one or at least with a system that cost wise would be comparable with what I have.

I am a web designer/developer and needed a good reliable PC... I thought...

I have been unable to work and I actually have some bills behind because Dell will not replace what is under warranty by law.

I did some corporate emailing with 0 results.

Before I possibly take this experience to a whole new level, I was wondering if there any suggestions out there on how to escalate an issue like this and get it resolved asap.

Thanks for the help... And for the record, I will not buy a single cable or piece of equipment from Dell, ever, ever again...
