MY DESK TOP WILL NOT LOAD WINDOWS
WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER IT SAY LOADING WINDOWS BUT NEVER LOADS. THIS IS MY DESK TOP COMPUTER CODE [Admin NOTE: Service tag removed per TOU policy] PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO.

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Have you done any hardware or software changes recently?
Please run diagnostics from f12 menu (tap on f12 during start up and select diagnostics) and let us know how it goes.
What windows is the machine running on?
Also check if the system is loading into safemode by tapping on f8 during boot up.
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name
in blue and then select send a private message . The tag provided earlier is invalid.
