Missing entry:RunDLLEntry error

I asked about opening the RPC server and I followed your instructions on method 1 and it worked but now but now every time I turn my PC on I get an error message:  error in C:\\Windows\Systems32\spool\Drivers\w32x86\DLCJtime.dll    Missing entry:RunDLLEntry.

Does anyone know what this means and how can I fix it?

(Method 1:

The RPC (Remote Procedure Call) service in Services should be started and the startup type should be set to Automatic.
Steps:
a. Click Start, type services in the start search box and press Enter.
b. In the Services window, find Remote Procedure Call and right click on it to select Properties.
c. Under the General tab make sure the Startup type is Automatic and the Service status says Started.)

Hi Cindy Cooper,

If you have a Dell printer, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.

If the issue persists, please try the steps from the following links to fix the RunDLL error:

  1.  http://dell.to/129KGlb
  2.  http://bit.ly/11e33Zm

Kindly let me know the results.
