No Service Response

I have multiple Dell systems in our offices which are under Next Business Day on-site warranty. One of our machines failed and it is now 4 business days we are waiting for a technician to arrive with parts. This is inspite of multiple call to the service centre and having assurances that I will get a call from a technician within the next 24 hours. The call centre guys are helpless and keeps giving false promises. Is there a way to go beyond the call centre? What can I do?

So the Dell Technical Supervisor in the call centre has this explanation- NBD (Next Business Day on-site) means 3 working business days ( Dell should also publish a new thesaurus!); and it means 3 business days only if they have the parts (in my case in Mumbai) else NBD may mean any number of days they desire!!! Wow!
