No audio online?????

I can hear audio just fine as long as the file is not web based, as soon as I go to any site and view content online I have no audio. I have check IE settings and downloaded firefox, newest versions of shockwave, flash, cole2k audio codecs and I have had no success. Does anyone know of what it might be. I appreciate all of your help!

Since you are using Firefox, you probably need a Firefox add on to hear streaming web audio.  Most of the media players are tied to internet explorer.  Go to the Firefox add on section and look for media player add on's or programs that will allow firefox to use common media players such as the Windows Media Player.

It's not a problem with the PC - just user software.
