No boot device Insipiron 546 Desktop

I was able to boot and get to diagnostics with the "drivers and utilities disk" inserted. I selected "custom test" and scrolled down to “hard drive" test ran and came up with "error code 0F00:1348/ Msg Disk: Block 6244480 Drive Aborted the command, update firmware" What are my options? Can I just do a factory reset? If so how? P.S. I have no idea what I'm doing got this far by reading threads. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please be prepared to walk me thru as I am not familiar with the intricate details of cup troubleshooting. Thank you much!

 0f00-1348 error code is serious and indicates a failing hard drive and the drive needs to be replaced.
