Optiplex 330 & 755 - New Bios BUG ? - Processor msg
My New Question : if it's only bug or not ?

i install on OptiPlex 755 MT with Processor E6750 2.66Ghz - New Dell Bios A07

i install on OptiPlex 330 MT with Processor E2140 1.6Ghz the New Dell Bios A02 and every restart i get msg something like that
" system dont support the processor, raed Documentation information "
after this 2 line flash message the OS up & look OK ....
My Question : if i need - back to BIOS A01 ???

Hi,
Search of Dell support I found this about the Optiplex 745 Dell™ OptiPlex™ 745 Boot Error: "System does not support the installed processor"
I know it not your systems but seeing that both Bios updates you did pertain to "New Intel Processor Microcode Updates" I would guess that the new Bios does have a bug. I would install the previous bios and see if that fixes the problem.
Newer is not always Better!!!!!
If its not broke don't fit it!!!!!!
