My PC won't boot up, it's stuck on the Dell bios screen and the bar is at the beginning. Additionally, there are a bunch of black vertical lines throughout the Dell logo. When I press F2 or F12, nothing happens. All cables are secure. This problem occured after I replaced the power supply. It wouldn't turn on at all and the power light was blinking orange.
