PowerEdge 1300/550 to 733

Sorry, my previous post was written in German. But now in English (as good as possible)...

Is it possible to run two 733er PIII's on my PowerEdge 1300/550 (shown at startup) after a specific BIOS update or something else? I already put them into my machine and they work, but at a speed of 550 Mhz only.
