Problems getting 64-bit Vista ultimate
So, tech support transfers me to sales and sales transfers me back to tech upport. Any suggestions on how to succed in getting this disc shipped to me? This is really frustrating.

I also used chat Tech support on the Dell web site. Had a 64-bit disc within a day.

I'm Uk based and used the email option when trying to get to live chat.
I had my answer in a matter of days and am currently awaiting the disk now.
Hope this helps you.

Chris got me the disk when I PM'd him, was in my hands in two days, almost the same amount of time I spent on the phone between tech support and sales - each told me that they had never heard of such a thing. When I quoted the Dell policy number, the supervisor told me that only applied in Canada, Who Knew???
Thanks again Chris for cutting through the red tape.
