Q9550 730 Safe aircool OC numbers?

My Overclocking skills are outdated and very weak :)  I dont trust myself enough to push the numbers too far.  And most importantly I do not trust the ESA software at all.  If anyone has safe numbers for me I would appreciate this.  I figure prolly 3.2-3.4 ghz.  Also need to know where to set the ram timing and voltage. I have no clue.

Thanks.

I went into my XPS 730 BIOS and changed in the CPU Overclock section the Reference Clock from 333 to 400.  That changed the speed of my Q9550 from 2.8 Ghz to 3.4 Ghz.  I did not change any voltage settings or RAM settings at all (RAM from Dell came as 1333 Mhz).  Very stable and running fast.
