Raid (1,0) card in Optiplex 760

Not sure if there are known motherboard issues with the Optiplex 760 SFF model..

But, I've tried to put in 2 different PCIe (1x) raid cards and the system won't post. It powers on, then clicks off a couple times with the fan on high. I then put in a PCIe wireless card and the system works fine... Not sure why raid cards wont work but other cards will. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Or Bad MLB? I'm willing the replace it since they are only $25-35 on ebay :)
