(Redirected) Area-51 R2 installed 64g of memory and now it will not boot up.

I installed 64g of memory and once I did my computer hasn't booted up since. I saw where one place said that I could install 64g but then now I see that 32g was the max. Could this have fried the MB or CPU? I have tried removing all the video cards and still nothing. It starts to boot then stops. I have tried each hard drive unplugging and the CD-ROM as well. One thing that I noticed. When I remove the memory to test it ( I put the original  memory back in) it will beep to let me know that there isn't any memory. But that is it. It will go no further. Any thoughts?
