Restore data to a new hard drive. Have backup files on flash drive

Have a new hard drive.  Used dell backup to save data before the rebuild and saved the file to a flash drive. Have loaded Dell Backup and Restore on the new hard drive, but when I try to run Restore it cannot find my data file.  Mostly I want my favorites and any other saved settings.  The documents, photos, etc I just made copies of and then copied them back.  How do I get Restore to access the data from:

C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Backup\Profile1
