Retrieve Data from “WD800JD-75JNAO” Drive
Dear Community,
What cable do I need to buy to retrieve Data off this Drive? “WD800JD-75JNAO” IDE to SATA USB does not fit the above Drive.

WD800JD is a sata drive. 80 Gigs.
I would use this. DO NOT attach power to the SATA drive via the molex. Plug power into the adapter and only attach that to the drive.

Hello! You will need a SATA to USB cable if that is what you wish to do as the Hard Drive is a SATA, not IDE drive.
