Tried to find direct Dell support contact and failed

No SR details are associated with [Alienware 51] the Service request number entered . . . .

I suspect the technician and/or supervisor scrubbed the "service request."

If audio was recorded by DELL or Alienware support, please preserve them for the attorneys I may hire.

On the other hand, under extended warranty terms, all Dell needs do is honor their warranty.  Repair my Allienware 51 under pre-paid warranty terms or replace it with a comparable system.  My extended warranty associated with the service request number entered for . . . . for your Area 51 product sold to me under warranty.

Currently, Dell acknowledges my Area 51 warranty is good through May 2015.

Replacement will satisfy my legal claim.  And will insure my next purchase will be buying a Dell computer, or not,  because faith and confidence was confirmed.  Otherwise . . .

Would not have posted this claim publicly had Dell made posting to their support alienware technical support who were more interested in cheating me than serving me. 

All Dell has to do is look at my purchases over the years and look at that . . . alienware support guy.

I got this 100 pound Alienware 51 useless brick sitting next to my XPS 8700 because Dell/Alienware did not honor their warranty.

Doubt I'm the only Alienware 51 owner with not expired warranty posting memos to a useless Dell/Alienware hardware denied support.

Told the Alienware tech he was cheating me.  Requested a refund for the remaining term of technical support.  He lied again.  Saying refund would be sent.

Didn't happen.

Don't want refund.  Want my Alienware 51 repaired or replaced . . . under warranty.

Who do I contact to make sure I don't talk to this guy's brother?

Depends on what country you are in. Lorna Can help you if you are a USA customer.  I would post your issue on the Alienware owners forum.

Thanks, but link takes me to what looks like another "open" forum.

Until now, I have had nothing but good results from Dell.
