Upgrading Inspiron 620S PSU and graphics card
I am trying to upgrade my stock Inspiron 620S's graphics card and PSU for gaming like Diablo 3 but I can't see to find any PSU's that would fit the 620 slim.

The Slimline desktops are not gaming systems.
Diablo III System Requirements, are here,
http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/diablo-iii-system-requirements
At a minimum you would need either a Low Profile NVIDIA GeForce 260 or ATI Radeon HD 4870 or better, PCIe x 16 video card.
The 400w TFX power supply will not support these video cards.
You could also, try posting this in the Gaming forum for a possible solution, here,

The "S" (compact case models) can only use a "TFX" style power supply.
Here is on listed one e-bay. I have no information on the seller other than I found it doing a google search for TFX power supplies. I have no idea if whatever low profile type upgrade video card you want to use will work with the power supply. Click Me

You need a TFX power supply, the largest unit available is the 400w TFX power supply here,

Would you be able to suggest a decent video card to go with that 400w TFX power supply something that is good enough to play games like Diablo 3 at decent settings.

The 48XX cards are needed to play Diablo III at high resolution, but not at low resolution.
HIS and Sapphire both have 6670-based low profile cards that should be fine with a 300-watt power supply. Heck, you could even try them with your existing power supply.
The HIS 6670 is one of the most powerful slim cards available.
I used this Seasonic 300-watt, which is likely higher quality as well as higher wattage than your OEM unit, in a slim. I liked it so much I chose Seasonic for my XPS 7100 build.
