Video card for 3847

Hello recently bought the inspiron 3847 with windows 10 trying to install my AMD Radeon HD6570 as it has a DVI port for my monitor and an HDMI port that I use for my big screen Vizio TV for movies the new CP only has one HDMI port and just a regular VGA monitor plug so I want to install the card in the PCI express slot but on power up wether I use DVI or HDMI setting on monitor I get no picture. Any suggestions. Thanks
