XPS One 2710 RJ45 LED Color Coding

Hi,

I am trying to debug my LAN and see that on the back of my XPS One, the LED are lit as follows when my network cable is plugged in. The right LED is blinking yellow and the left LED is solid red. I have searched all over the DELL support site and cannot find any documentation on the meaning of these color codes. I have seen some NIC ports use a blinking yellow LED to indicate packet collisions. Please let me know where to find the meaning of the LED colors for the LAN port
