XPS400
I have a XPX400 and I was using it I got up to do some things, when I came the screen was black. It would not change when I moved the mouse. I had to shut it off and turn it back on for the screen to work properly. What could cause this to happen? This has happened once before. Any help would be appriciated.

Could be a lot of things.
Did you leave an app open? Was it the same app as the previous time you had this problem?
Do you have it set to run a screen saver or go into standby or hibernation mode after a certain period of inactivity?
Open Windows Event Viewer and see if there are any error messages around the time of the latest blackout.
Have you scanned for malware lately?
