You make it sound so easy!! NEVER goes as described.......
I dont know what the issue is, but I CANNOT get any help from this site!! Tried, and contacting Dell doesn't work either. I'm not stupid. I know how to follow step-by-step directions, but when they don't produce "said" results.......I am tired of this. I would just like THE EXACT LINKS I NEED TO FINISH!!! The days are numbered I want this resolved BEFORE the July 29th deadline PLEASE!!! Thank you!!

To whom are you speaking? I only see this one post from you. For our users to assist in troubleshooting, post the following information =
* System model
* Issue
* Troubleshooting done

Since you mention the 29th of July I assume you are frustrated about a Windows 10 Upgrade? What model of Dell do you have? Press [Windows] and [ r ] and type in msinfo32 and press [Enter]. Let us know the OS Name, Version, BIOS Version/Date, Processor and Installed Physical Memory.
