graphics card issue
Hello,
I have an old Optiplex 740, FH6R43J service tag, which has a graphics card.
When you start your PC get stuck and diagnostic lights 2 and 4 illuminate and I can not enter in the BIOS.
The problem should be the graphics card. How do I start the PC graphics card without using graphics card but the VGA port without the PC locks?
Thank you

The second part of the question makes no sense - remove the graphics card and connect the monitor directly to the VGA port on the mainboard (if there's a black plastic cover over it, you'll need to remove it to connect the monitor).

That would indicate the onboard video has failed - replace the mainboard.

I solved by resetting BIOS
