Light does not stay on when power is on. Is there a fix?

Good day !
If the you are referring to the power button on the system which is in blinking amber condition then it means that the computer is receiving electrical power and power supplied by the power supply is normal. A device might be mal-functioning or incorrectly installed if the system fails to boot to windows .
Confirm the status of the system ,if there are any other issues or queries do reply to this post with the system service tag ( send it via pvt message)

Blinking Amber is usually bad power supply. Solid Amber is bad motherboard.

Blinking Amber is usually bad power supply. Solid Amber is bad motherboard.
The power brick may need replacement if it goes off when plugged in.
