HI, when i start up there is a message comes up ( Enter Password) i deleted the password for windows no result.
A friend of mine tells me it could be a users password that has been crated either in F8 or in F2 which is start up or the other one which i cant recall,
is there anyway of disabling this password? Thanks.

This sounds like a hard drive or BIOS password. You'll need to call Dell for help. For obvious reasons, we cannot provide that information.
