replace hard drive

 Replaced my hard drive with a seagate by copying my old drive with disk wizard. Other than a few glitches which I expected my main concern is the fact that I can't get into "system restore". Having all of my dell install disks, I don't see any repair console. The OS system installation instructions state that this is to be used only in installing system.

Does that disk have a repair console like the standard XP pro. disk?

I really want to repair as I have alot on the hard drive and I really don't to format and start over again.

I would appreciate a reply.
