Blinking Orange light where power button is?
I have a OptiPlex 3020 that was connected to an APC battery backup. The PC was on and the battery backup failed and the computer turned off. When I went to turn the computer back on it had a flashing orange light?
What does this mean?

Never mind, the problem was with my APC the battery failed. When I plugged the PC into another APC it works just fine.
